Calvert Hall over Cavs 3-1 in MIAA Opener

MIAA League play kicked off Friday night at Piney Orchard Ice Arena with an away game with rival Archbishop Splading.  The packed student section of Spalding students in their festive "Deck The Hall" attire was not enough to stop the Cards.  Goals by Sean Metzger, Cormac McCarthy, & Robbie Thompson.  Nick Wah stood tall in net stopping 23 of 24 shots
